Unique clicks and total clicks
Unique clicks refers to the number of subscribers who have clicked a link, rather than simply the total number of clicks.
Unique clicks will always be less than or equal to the total number of clicks, because multiple clicks from a single subscriber will only be counted once for unique clicks. This is similar to ‘Unique page views’ in Google Analytics and other similar software.
The tracking is based on the unique links which are generated for each message and personalised to each subscriber.
